The cast iron plate replaces the pan on your gas or charcoal barbecue. Simply place it on the grill grate and you can easily fry steaks, fried eggs or bacon, for example, until crispy.

No oil drips into the fire and therefore there are no toxic substances from burnt fat. The side with the grooves is perfect for low-fat grilling of steaks, sausages or tasty vegetable skewers.

Note: Before using for the first time, we recommend baking the so-called patina. The resulting layer of fat bonds more with the cast iron with each use. It forms a kind of protective layer that prevents the food from sticking.
