Refund policy
We grant a 30-day right of return. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with protective film still on the stainless steel surfaces and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return label from us as well as instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items that are returned to us without a return having been requested beforehand will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can analyse and rectify the problem.
Exceptions / items not eligible for return
Certain items cannot be returned, e.g. perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalised items) and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or vouchers.
Exchange
Returning the item you have received is the quickest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate purchase.
European Union - 14-day cancellation period
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, labelled and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and checked your return and let you know whether the refund has been authorised or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancellation policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving any reason.The revocation period is one month from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Andreas Rudloff, St.-Wendelinus-Straße 8, 97509 Oberspiesheim, phone: +49 (0) 177 1984971, e-mail: info@xlgrill.store) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
